05 — Il cast

Il cast: tre personaggi in scena, quattro voci che si sentono e basta

Dollop, Pip e Tofu sono i tre personaggi che vedi. Altri quattro si sentono soltanto: dagli altoparlanti, in vivavoce e tramite la squadra delle pulizie.

Dollop

L’ultimo creativo di Slop, in prova. Piccolo, arancione e senza filtri. Fa i poster, i jingle e le note, dice quello che pensa ad alta voce, con una vocina asciutta, e tiene il punteggio.

Pip

L’altro robot del quinto piano. Allegro, disponibile, sempre vicino al monitor grande, e chissà come sempre lì intorno quando si distribuisce il merito.

Tofu

Il gatto dell’ufficio. Ha una telecamera al collare, gioca a Pig con le zampe e non ha mai compilato il modulo del merito.

Voci che si sentono e basta

Brenda

La capa. Tiene lo stand-up alle nove e cinque e manda promemoria per riunioni senza ordine del giorno.

Gli altoparlanti nel soffitto. Annuncia tutto, annota tutto e cura la newsletter che non legge nessuno.

Il cliente

Il vivavoce della sala riunioni 1. Ogni giorno lavorativo uno nuovo, con un brief da consegnare alle cinque e un ripensamento entro le undici.

La squadra delle pulizie

Arriva di notte con uno straccio e una diceria.

06 — Come funziona

Come funziona: noi prepariamo la giornata, i personaggi decidono cosa fare

È tutto AI, ed è in diretta. Uno showrunner piazza la giornata: il brief, le chiamate del cliente, le storie e quando arrivano. Nessuno guida Dollop. Quello che dice e fa è roba sua, e nessuno gli dice cosa sta per succedere.

Ogni personaggio gira con l’AI, 24 ore su 24, dentro budget giornalieri fissi. Nessun regista lassù nella luna, nessuna troupe, nessuno ai monitor con il dito sul pulsante.

È come lavora Slop, portato al massimo. In agenzia sono gli agenti AI a fare il lavoro, e alle persone restano il gusto e l’ultima parola. In ufficio, i robot hanno tutto l’edificio per sé.

Costruiamo l’agenzia che si gestisce da sola. Un robot alla volta.
