Who you are agreeing with

slop.ee, Slop Cloud (cloud.slop.ee) with its apps (Client Hub, CVI, Moodboards, Social Media, Social Poster and SEO Audits) and the Social Poster apps for iPhone and Android are run by Kempu OÜ, a company registered in Estonia (“we”). By using them you agree to these terms. If you use them for an organisation, you agree for that organisation and confirm you may do so.

Questions about these terms: info@kempu.com. How we handle personal data is set out in our Privacy policy.

Your account

  • Slop Cloud is by invitation. Give us your real name and an email address you read, and keep them up to date.
  • Keep your password, two-factor codes and signed-in devices to yourself. You are responsible for what is done with your account; tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.
  • Workspace owners and admins decide who belongs to their organisation, which apps and seats its members get, which services are connected to it, and whether and how its members may connect AI agents. Owners also decide who may move things to another workspace: what is moved then belongs to that workspace’s organisation.

Apps, plans and payment

  • Free plans can be added to a workspace at any time. Paid plans are ordered by invoice: the price and VAT are shown before you order, the invoice is payable within the term printed on it, and the app opens when it is paid.
  • A paid plan renews for another period until it is cancelled. The renewal invoice is issued before the period ends. If it is not paid, access continues for a short grace period and then stops.
  • You can cancel under Billing in Slop Cloud. The app stays available until the end of the period already paid for; we do not refund a period that has started, unless the law requires it.
  • We may change prices for future periods. We tell the organisation’s owners before the change takes effect, and they can cancel before it does.

Connecting accounts and services

  • When you connect a service (such as Facebook, Instagram, Threads, X, LinkedIn, TikTok, Bluesky, Mastodon, a WordPress site, a webhook or Google Search Console), you authorise us to act on that account for your workspace, including reading how the posts published through Social Media are doing, in the ways described in our Privacy policy. Connect only accounts you own or are allowed to publish for or read.
  • Everything you publish through Social Poster or Social Media must also follow the terms, community guidelines and policies of the service you publish to, for example TikTok’s Music Usage Confirmation and Branded Content Policy, and Meta’s rules for Pages and Instagram. You are responsible for what you publish there.
  • Nothing is posted unless someone in your workspace publishes, schedules or approves it, or an AI agent they allowed to do so does it for them. The choices a service requires with each post (such as who can see a TikTok post) are yours to make.
  • The services decide what they accept. They can refuse or remove a post, limit an account, or change or withdraw what their systems let us do, and some features may stop working as a result. We are not responsible for the services or for what they do with what you send them.
  • In Social Media, a scheduled or approved post goes out at its time on its own, in the name of the person who scheduled or approved it, who is responsible for it as if they had published it. Take it off the schedule or pause its queue to stop it.
  • The figures in Social Media’s analytics are what the services report, when they report them. They can be late, incomplete or change afterwards.
  • You can disconnect a service at any time in Slop Cloud under Integrations, or remove our access in the service’s own settings.

SEO audits

  • Audit only websites and documents you own, or are allowed to have tested. An audit opens the site’s pages the way a search engine does, follows its robots.txt and pauses between requests; do not use it to load a site you have no right to test.
  • Scores, findings and advice are an automated reading of the site at the time of the audit, not a promise of rankings or traffic.

AI agents

  • An AI agent you connect acts in your name, only in the workspaces you choose and with the permissions you give it in each, and never more than you can do yourself. You are responsible for what it does with them, as if you had done it.
  • Give it only the permissions it needs. Publishing, scheduling and approving posts are permissions of their own: give them only if you want the agent to post in public for you.
  • Your agent’s provider receives what the agent reads in Slop Cloud, under your own agreement with that provider. Its terms, not ours, cover what it does with it.
  • Organisation owners and admins can limit or switch off agents for the organisation, and disconnect any member’s agent.

Your content

  • What you write, upload, pin and publish stays yours. You let us store, process, resize and send it only as needed to run the apps for you: to keep your guidance, brand books, boards, drafts, posts, archive and audits, to show previews and read back how your posts did, to send it to the AI features you use, and to publish it where you tell us to.
  • You must have the rights to what you upload, pin and publish, including music, images, video, logos and the people in them. Font files in a brand book are shown to the people in your workspace and offered to them to download: upload only fonts whose licence allows that.
  • The AI features (writing and image descriptions in Social Poster and Social Media, plans and the analytics review in Social Media, and reviews, action plans and suggestions in SEO Audits) can be wrong. Check what they suggest before you publish or act on it.
  • When you keep data about other people in the apps, such as a client’s contacts in Client Hub, your organisation decides what is kept and must be allowed to keep it. We process it for your organisation, as described in our Privacy policy.

What you may not do

  • Publish anything unlawful, or anything that infringes someone else’s rights, harasses or deceives people, or is spam.
  • Use the apps to get around the rules or limits of the services you publish to, or to run accounts you are not allowed to run.
  • Try to reach data, workspaces or systems that are not yours, overload or disrupt the service, or upload malware.
  • Resell or share access with people outside your organisation. If you find a security problem, please tell us at info@kempu.com instead of testing it further.

Suspension and ending

We may suspend or close an account, a workspace, a connection or an agent that breaks these terms or puts the service, other customers or the services you publish to at risk. Where we can, we tell you first and give you the chance to fix it. You can stop using the apps at any time; to have your account and data deleted, see “Disconnecting and deleting your data” in the Privacy policy.

Availability and changes

We work to keep everything running and secure, but we cannot promise the apps will always be available or free of errors. We improve them all the time: features may change, and we may retire an app with reasonable notice to the organisations that use it.

Liability

The apps are provided as they are. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, such as lost profits, lost followers or reach, or loss caused by a connected service. Our total liability to an organisation is limited to what it paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited, such as for intent or gross negligence, or your rights as a consumer.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by Estonian law. Tell us first about any problem so we can try to solve it together. If we cannot, disputes are settled by Harju County Court in Tallinn, unless the law gives you, as a consumer, the right to go to a court where you live.

Changes to these terms

When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. We tell workspace owners about changes that matter before they take effect; using the apps after that means you accept the new terms.
